The following is an update to overtime policy to provide more transparent and fairer working conditions of Felcorp staff and better understanding for Felcorp Clients in which they can request overtime support.
Our overtime policy is designed to recognise and compensate employees for their extra effort during busy periods or in times of urgent need.
Request for Overtime:
Felcorp management may request overtime work. The acceptance of the overtime hours are at the sole discretion of the staff requested. Felcorp management will not mandate mandatory or forced overtime working conditions.
Overtime Compensation:
Employees undertaking overtime will receive 2x hourly wage for overtime incurred outside our normal operating hours, i.e 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (India Standard Time).

Request for Overtime:
Overtime may be requested at any time. We ask that you when you request overtime that it is reasonable and not for excessive or prolonged periods of time that puts staff under undue pressure or stress. We cannot not always guarantee overtime support as it is up to the discretion of our staff.
Overtime Costs:
The cost of overtime hours are generally incurred by Felcorp Support and are not charged back. Please speak to us about your workflow situation so we can ascertain extra support.
If you think you need additional staff to cope with the extra workload stresses, please speak to us in advance so we can plan with you.
