Felcorp App (chat app)

1. Account Information: When you register for Moxo, we collect your name, email address. We do not collect your password.
2. Chat Data: Messages, files, and media shared within the app are collected to facilitate communication and support app functionality. Any data that you share is stored in the File section. All employees of Felcorp are bound
3. Device Information: Details like device type, operating system, and app version are collected to ensure optimal performance and security.

It gathers registration information such as your name and email address, although it does not store your password. To facilitate smooth communication and app functionality, it retains chat data, including messages, files, and media, which are safely stored in the File section. Additionally, the app captures device information, such as type, operating system, and app version, to maintain optimal performance and safeguard user interactions. All Felcorp employees adhere to strict privacy commitments to protect this data.

Email and Phone Calls

1. Phone Calls: We collect your email address, phone number  and any other personal detail when you provide us with such information over the phone. All information is stored in secure CRM or enterprise software with commercial protection protocols.
2. Emails: We may store your email correspondence and any other personal information within our CRM or enterprise software.

In-Person Interactions

We may gather personal details such as your name, contact information, and relevant preferences during in-person meetings, consultations, or events. This information is collected with your implied consent during conversation with employees of Felcorp.
