What We Provide

We provide a professionally managed paraplanning and admin support service to financial planning practices across Australia.   To get the results and quality our financial planners demand, we have proper training sessions in place, professional development programs and dedicated experienced team leaders reviewing all work produced.
The team managers keep all the paraplanning staff motivated, assist with queries and ensure that there is extra set of eyes reviewing work.

Our Packages

We have 2 types of service packages that you can engage us, monthly support or hourly rates .   Monthly Support – Our monthly support package works almost identical to a remote employee arrangement. We can work with you either on full time at 45 hours per week or part time at 25 hours per week.   With our monthly packages, you receive a dedicated trained staff member to do your paraplanning or admin duties. We become a part of your business, just like an employee and ensure that we adhere to your process, software and business goals.   Hourly Rate Service - With our hourly rate service, you can send us ad-hoc work and we will complete it when we can. We will bill you at the end of the month detailing the breakdown of hours on each client case.    Our hourly rate service is generally designed for smaller practices just getting started.

How we ensure staff oversight and quality work

  All our staff allocated in our monthly support packages are trained and supported by our team leaders. This is so when there are any queries or problems, there are experienced senior staff to help resolve the issues.   We also have formal training programs that all levels of staff participate in. From e-learning sessions to in-person training guided by senior staff, we’re ensuring that we continue to upskill and boost the overall level of competence across Felcorp.    

Working with Felcorp Staff

  We have our own purpose built communication platform, Felcorp App, that combines instant messaging, video conferencing and secure file storage into one easy to use platform. This is where you can allocate work, chat with the team and take video calls.   Most practices take the Felcorp App for everyday communication as the team leader and management team are also included in the chat. This ensures that everyone can collaborate together and problem solve far easier.   To prepare financial planning documents, we will need access to your financial planning software so we can do the necessary modelling and data entry for your clients.   Once we have access, we will work to your instructions to complete the allocated tasks.   Don’t worry about paraplanning requests forms and other resources, we have all this covered and streamlined so you can focus on more important things.    

How to Get Started

To get started, we recommend you take a trial of our monthly package service.   We offer a 30 day trial of a full time paraplanning or admin resource that will be exclusively dedicated to you.
