They do not directly manage the staff or provide any professional development support. It is solely for you to manage.

With professionally managed outsourcing providers such as Felcorp, they provide trained, experienced staff that is managed under an ongoing supervised model.

The professionally managed providers will usually have industry training and professional development seminars so all staff are up to date with industry changes, software updates and best practice activities.
