With a lot more staff coming on board in the next few months and access to a much larger pool of experienced candidates in our professional services divisions, we are asking for your support to help refer colleagues and other firms that need professional offshore staff.

2. Expression of Interest - Felcorp Philippines Office

Due to client demand, we are finalising our Felcorp Philippines office and service offering. We are asking firms interested in putting on additional staff please speak to us about Felcorp Philippines as the combination of Indian and Filipino staff will be centrally managed and integrated into your firm to give you 15 hours per day of offshore staff coverage.

Key Points:

• Filipino Staff will cost approximately the same as Felcorp India staff
• Filipino staff will start at 9:30am Sydney time and work to 6:30pm (7:30am to 4:30pm Manila time)
• We will be able to provide Paraplanners, Accountants, Admin Staff (client facing if required) and mortgage broking support
• All staff will continue to work full time from our offices Monday to Friday to no changes to our WFH policy

Approximate Date:

The office will be opened sometime between July and September 2024.

3. New India Office Expansion

We will be opening our second Indian office in Ahmedabad which is another professional city similar to our head office in Chandigarh.

Key points:

• We have hired 2 Snr Paraplanners with 3+ years experience and 1 admin support staff member. 
  
• We are planning to fly down a few head office staff to help bed the office and execute our regimented training program to new staff.
• Currently, we have no plans to add any Accounting staff to this office as our Head Office has ample supply of experienced Snr Accountants.

Approximate Date:

The office will be opened sometime between July 2024.

4. Our Trip to India in May

The directors of Felcorp Support will be travelling to India from 15 May 2024 to 7 June 2024. If you would like any specific training with your allocated staff, please send us an email on what training you would like us to conduct with your staff while the directors in India.

Also, we will be conducting internal company policy training with our staff, discussions around office expansions and new management roles to sustain the new offices and increased hiring agenda.
