1. What We will be Offering

Very similar to how Felcorp India staff work, we are simply duplicating that operation in Cebu, Philippines with a few expansion of roles available to capitalise on the timezone changes.

We will be offering the same roles with some new staffing divisions:

• Accountants
• Paraplanners
• Back office Admin Support
• Client facing virtual assistant (NEW)
• Mortgage broking admin support (NEW)*

*For aligned financial planning practices that already offer integrated mortgage broking services.

2. Timezones

Felcorp Filipino staff will start at 9:30am (AEDST) to 6:30pm.

For comparison, operating hours for Felcorp India are 1:30pm (AEDST) to 10:30pm

If you get staff in both locations you can effectively have a 15 hour offshore staff working day.

3. Management of Staff

This is our biggest focus. We will be sending Felcorp India staff to Philippines office to help train and support new Filipino staff.

Our goal is to retain the centralised management of staff and ensure that both Felcorp India and Felcorp Philippines work together as one integrated team rather than separate divisions as we suspect our clients will take staff on both locations to take advantage of the timezone differences.

Our plan is to have Felcorp India manage the Filipino staff so they can impart our best practice training methods we've developed over the years. This is to ensure that you don't have to spend time training up Felcorp Filipino staff. We will do this all internally on your behalf.

4. Office Set up Timeline

The office is tentatively set for opening between July and September 2024.

However, we are taking staff orders for now as we can immediately open a modern serviced office while we sort out our commercial premise.

5. Staffing Fee Table

Felcorp Filipino staff will have similar or identical costs to Felcorp India.
