1. Good outsourcing providers have dedicated office locations. Outsourced staff are NOT working from their homes.
2. There is higher productivity of outsourced staff as there is direct supervision by management. This is a concept often called 'management by walking around'.
3. Better privacy and cyber protections are in place. Management can actually see and verify mandated security procedures with each and every staff member in the office.
4. You will have fewer employer liabilities. Outsourced arrangements generally don't include the specific staff member's leave entitlements, super guarantee or any other payroll entitlement in the contract. This is because the staff is employed by the outsourcing company not your practice. Hence, you can avoid these liabilities.
5. You will have no long-term employment commitments. Most outsourced providers work on month-to-month contracts. So you can give you 1 months notice and move on.
