It is getting quite difficult to distinguish between offshore recruiters and managed offshore staffing providers in the market. Many practices become annoyed and discouraged by outsourcing as they have tried offshore recruiters thinking it was a managed offshore staffing provider, only to find out a short while later that outsourcing isn't for them.
