1. Overtime Support during February to June 2024

During February to June 2024, we will have additional staff available for overtime hourly support to provide immediate support to accountants that encounter unexpected staff or workflow changes.

This is a no-cost additional service and we will not charge back overtime hours if you use the service. The service is designed as a safety net if you need urgent support.

Overview of the service:

• Overtime hours are subject to capacity at time of service.
• We are providing this service on a reasonable expectation and on a as-needed basis.
• Can assist with both March BAS (28 April 2024) and company tax deadlines (May 15 2024)
• Please give us at least 1 weeks notice before commencement
  

2. Felcorp Analytics Dashboard

We are in the middle of creating a Felcorp Analytics Dashboard that will properly track hours on jobs completed by Felcorp. We are planning on launching this in February 2023.

We will also have the option for practices to share their invoicing for Felcorp jobs completed to accurately track job profits and costings so you can see exactly what jobs are the most profitable that we complete.

3. SMSF Admin Service Update

We will announce a big update to our SMSF administration service that will be designed around reducing turnaround times and making it easier for our team to complete them using a standardised format.

Overview of the update:

• Fully linked workpapers with the push to use BusinessFitness SMSF workpapers to link to BGL/Class
• Preparation of a consolidated audit file
• Collaboration with professional auditors to offer a combined SMSF and audit service that is arms length and ensures the spirit of APES110 (Auditor independence) is upheld.
