Do I need to tell my clients that I'm outsourcing?
This is a question we get asked a lot. The answer really depends on your comfortability with your client, and the legality of telling your clients in some way and you can spin this question in your favour.
Our tip: When utilising offshore staff, it is important to tell your clients that the offshore staff is YOUR staff working in YOUR business. They work just like one of your own employees.
This will break down that concept of outsourcing with your client and get them to understand that you have essentially qualified, trained remote staff working for you.
